At TOW a variety of ministries work together to build a vibrant, spiritually healthy, and connected church community. Each ministry plays a vital role in the Body of Christ in supporting the church’s mission and vision, from fostering spiritual growth among children and leading meaningful worship to creating a welcoming environment for visitors and providing effective communication across all platforms.

These dedicated teams—Children’s Ministry, Worship team, Hospitality and Ushering Ministry, Communion team, Prayer Warriors, Churchwide Events Team, and Communications, Media, and Audio/Visual Team—collaborate to ensure that every aspect of church life is covered, helping members grow in faith, engage in fellowship, and actively participate in the church’s mission to extend the love and message of Christ both within and beyond its walls.
