Communications, Media and Audio/Visual Team
"You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
TOW’s Communications, Media, and Audio/Visual Team plays a crucial role in a church’s mission by effectively bridging the gap between the church and its congregation, as well as the broader community. This behind the scenes’ team is responsible for crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and inspiring messages across various platforms, ensuring that the church’s vision, values, and activities are communicated effectively.
Through various forms of media—such as social media, websites, newsletters, and videos—the Communications Team helps keep the congregation informed and connected. They share important updates, promote church events, and provide resources that encourage spiritual growth, making sure the message reaches both members and potential visitors.
The Audio/Visual team is essential in creating a worship experience that is both impactful and immersive. They manage sound, lighting, and visual presentations during services and events, ensuring that every aspect—from worship music to sermons—is delivered clearly and without distraction. By handling the technical aspects with precision, they help create an environment where the congregation can fully engage in worship and the Word.
Together, the Communications, Media, and Audio/Visual team amplify the church’s voice and enhance its outreach, both inside and outside the church walls. Their work not only supports the church’s operations but also plays a significant part in building a strong, connected, and engaged church community.
